Thai Rung Textile is satisfied with EASYdoff and NASA spindles

Thai Rung Textile Company Ltd. (TRT), located in Samut Prakan, Thailand, is a forward-thinking vertical spinning mill. It offers a wide range of products and therefore always strives to improve its production processes, as well as continuously reduce its environmental footprint.

The executive director, Mr. Kumjorn Chuenchoochit, has opted for modern Novibra NASA HPS 68 spindles with EASYdoff clamping and cutting crowns to enhance production processes while minimizing the environmental impact. A further investment in solar energy supports TRT’s eco-friendly initiative.

TRT equipped 38 400 of their spindles on Toyota RX300 machines with this spinning dream team. Made for highest production speeds, NASA HPS 68 spindles were the perfect choice for TRT’s range from 18 000 to 22 000 rpm. EASYdoff clamping and cutting crowns ideally support all spinning requirements, as there are no limits in terms of speed or yarn count.

Novibra’s product combination was ideal to upgrade TRT’s existing machines, without having to replace any material or changing any settings. As the name suggests, EASYdoff is an easily replaceable system, featuring a durable technology as well as a modern design. There is no need to replace the entire spindle if only one part is defective, as e.g., the cutter. This results in less waste making it an environmentally friendly solution.
