Whether the goal is higher productivity, more consistent yarn quality, energy savings or improving the work environment in the spinning mill, choosing the optimal spindle is key. Novibra’s wide range of spindles, supported by decades of experience, helps customers find the perfect product for each application.
Spindles
The benchmark for maximum speeds- Low vibration
- Energy saving
- Low maintenance
- Long operating lifetime
HPS 68
Novibra’s HPS 68, has pioneered the switch from conical types to spindles with a flat tip. This spindle makes operators’ lives easier, with low maintenance, simple cleaning practice, long service life and extended periods between oil changes.
Applications:
- For speeds up to 20 000 rpm (recommended speed reflects the noise level requirement)
- For all raw materials with yarn counts Ne 20 and finer
Highlights:
- Minimum wharve diameter of 18.5 mm for highest spindle speeds at minimum speeds of driving elements
- Fit any ring and compact-spinning machine
NASA HPS 68
NASA HPS 68 is the most used spindle in premium spinning machines. The spindle is equipped with double damping so it can achieve minimum vibration at high speed.
Applications:
- For speeds up to 30 000 rpm
- For all raw materials with yarn counts Ne 20 and finer
Highlights:
- Second damping system
- Superior dynamic performance
- Perceivable noise reduction
- Minimum wharve diameter of 18.5 mm for highest spindle speeds at minimum speeds of driving elements
- Fit any ring and compact-spinning machine
LENA
LENA stands for LE – low energy, NA – noise absorption. The energy saving spindle LENA has been designed for highest speeds while achieving lower energy consumption.
Applications:
- For speeds up to 30 000 rpm
- For all raw materials with yarn counts Ne 30 and finer
- For tube length up to 210 mm
Highlights:
- Energy saving in the average of 4 to 6% thanks to reduced wharve diameter and lesser friction of smaller bearings (both neck bearing and footstep bearing)
- 17.5 mm wharve diameter
- Second damping system
- Fit any ring and compact-spinning machine
L HPS 68
Thanks to special design elements, the L HPS 68 ensures harder damping due to lowered and prolonged damping sleeve.
Applications:
- For speeds up to 20 000 rpm (depending on the yarn count)
- For coarser yarn counts, all raw materials
Highlights:
- The only spindle for coarse yarn count with 18.5 mm wharve diameter in the market
- Fit any ring and compact-spinning machine
